01Who you are dealing with

This site belongs to DiChiaro Baseball & Softball Academy, 18-01 Pollitt Drive, Fair Lawn, NJ 07410. Where these terms say we or us, that is who is meant.

02Making a booking

Your booking is confirmed when the confirmation screen shows your reference number.

Places on camps and clinics are capped.

03Prices and payment

Prices shown on the site include everything unless the program page says otherwise. Where a program offers a payment plan, the schedule is shown before you pay.

Payment is taken on Clover’s hosted checkout. We do not handle or store card details at any point. Some programs also accept payment at the facility or by check, and the program page says which.

04Cancellations and refunds

The full refund and cancellation position is set out on the waiver and policies page, which forms part of these terms.

In short: camps and clinics can be cancelled up to a set number of days before the first session, and lesson packages are not refundable once bought.

05Using the facility

Everyone in the building follows the instructions of the coaching staff. We can ask a player or a spectator to leave if behavior puts anyone at risk, and no refund is due in that case.

Personal equipment is brought at your own risk. We are not responsible for property left in the facility.

06Waivers

A signed waiver is required before a player takes part in anything. Booking a program does not remove that requirement, and a player without a signed waiver cannot take the floor.

07Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. Beyond that, our responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the booking in question.

08Changes to these terms

We update this page when the way we run bookings changes. The date at the top tells you when it last changed, and the terms that apply to your booking are the ones published on the day you booked.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of New Jersey.
