Program Overview

What your athlete will learn:

  • Correct approach to ground balls

  • Proper infield footwork

  • Proper throwing mechanics

  • Position-specific work at every infield spot

  • Double plays and feeds

  • Slow rollers & on-the-run throws

  • Different ground ball angles and relays

  • Two-man drills

  • Soft-hand drills & glove work
